Returns & Exchanges

At LiberNovo EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your LiberNovo EU account or visit our online Returns Portal to submit your return request using your order number and email address.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Order

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location across the EU.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
